The all five carbons are sp2 hybridized. The lone pair is in a p orbital and is part of the pi system, along with one electron in the p orbital on each of the other four carbon atoms for a total of six pi electrons.

The oxygen is sp2 hybridized. One lone pair is in a p orbital and is part of the pi system, along with one electron in the p orbital on each of the four carbon atoms. The other lone pair of the oxygen is in an sp2 orbital, which is in the plane of the ring and not involved in the pi system.
