Answer to Question 1

substantial gainful activities (SGA).

Answer to Question 2

Attorney-client privilegea legal concept that provides protection for communications between a client and his or her attorney and allows the parties to keep those communications confidential. If this privilege didn't exist defendants may not feel secure to confide or provide all the facts or circumstances to the attorney and therefore the attorney may not be able to defend the client to the best ability. In order for the attorney-client privilege to exist the client must seek out a licensed attorney. Any informal conversations or those that occur in a social setting in which free legal advice is given may not satisfy the requirements. It must be established that the communication occurred in a confidential manner, and although the conversation can have other law officer personnel present, it shouldn't occur for example in a crowed nightclub. Attorney-client privileges do not include communications of future crimes the client advises they are going to commit or to seek advice that enables a person to commit a crime. The identity of a client and fee information is not protected.

Every flu season is different, and even healthy people can get extremely sick from the flu, as well as spread it to others. The flu season can begin as early as October and last as late as May. Every person over six months of age should get an annual flu vaccine. The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
