 Probable cause: that standard or amount of evidence necessary to affect the arrest of an individual or that induces the belief in the minds of a reasonable officer that the accused probably committed a crime
 Reasonable suspicion: a standard which is less than probable cause, but one which is sufficient to authorize an investigative detention
