Answer to Question 1

c. 151.98

Answer to Question 2

Besides the cost and the quantity, Tim should also try to verify the vendor's reputation in the market in terms of on-time delivery and quality, by consulting with colleagues who might have dealt with the vendors. He should ask for samples in all colors, do a quality check for stitching and textile lab analysis of the material for different performance test. Tim should find out if the vendor is supplying similar product to his competition or if he could be an exclusive supplier for his company. Tim should also survey the market to find out the retail prices for such wallets to determine cost and ultimately expected profit.
