The SACERS refers to staff interactions with children, with parents, and with one another.

Answer to Question 2

Phase one is fieldwork working with children in a program while completing written work and reading. Phase two is completing college courses or seminars. Phase three is again working with children while integrating the acquired knowledge and evaluating the experience. This phase is completed with interviews with a council representative from the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition.
