ANSWER:
Answers will vary but should include a summary of the theoretical position and acknowledgement that the first three view intelligence as reflected in responses to standard questions. The theory of multiple intelligences and the ethological view look at intelligence as reflected in everyday life activities. The theory of successful intelligence views intelligence as the response to everyday living, but attempts to measure it in standardized situations.

Answer to Question 2

ANSWER: Answers will vary, but should include the following cautions: technology becomes obsolete quickly most programs provide practice on low-level skills and over selling technology may underestimate students intellects and leave them unprepared for the future. Potential benefits include: access to computers at home is related to better academic achievement in kindergarten and the primary grades use of quality online software material with adults mediation and support is useful digital cameras, interactive white boards, tablet computers and PowerPoints can be learning and communication tools.
