Answer to Question 1

Teachers, parents, and children should all be educated about child abuse in order to help prevent it. Teachers need to learn to recognize indicators, how to document, and how to report. Parents need to understand abuse and learn to seek help when life feels out of control. Children
should be educated so they can tell the abuser to stop or immediately report suspicious behaviors to someone else.

Answer to Question 2

Any two of these: Cooperate with licensing agency when hiring, carefully interview employees, set up early childhood education environments so that children and teachers are always in view, learn to recognize indicators of abuse, observe children, and educate everyone in the early childhood education environments about abuse.
