Cleaning with soap and water followed by the disinfecting process

Research has shown that nurses with long or artificial nails were found to cause illness in the young babies with whom they worked. When they got rid of the nails, the rate of infection and illness decreased. This same scenario could easily present itself in a an early childhood education setting where young, vulnerable children are present.
