Which system is illustrated here? What is thought to be its function? This system is believed to be composed of two separate pathways: Name them and discuss.
 
  Label each of the 9 indicated structures using each of these 9 terms: prefrontal cortex, dorsal striatum, substantia nigra, amygdala, nucleus accumbens, limbic cortex, ventral tegmental area, septum, and olfactory tubercle.
