Jill's will stated that her daughter, Kaye would devise the diamond engagement ring what had belonged to her grandmother, Edith. However, Jill gave her daughter the diamond engagement ring on Kaye's 30th birthday instead. What happens now?

◦ The executor has to pay Kaye the value of the ring
◦ The executor has to give Kaye a ring of similar value
◦ Kaye needs to pay taxes on the value of the ring to the estate
◦ Nothing, Kaye received the ring as stated in the will, so it met "satisfaction"
