Question 1

Mr. Martin has noted decreased tolerance to exercise along with difficulty breathing while walking. Mr. Martin's shortness of breath was not explained by laboratory or diagnostic tests. He was counseled and instructed to call should he have worsening symptoms.

Mrs. Elmers is seen in the urology clinic complaining of urinary urgency. She denies urinary incontinence but has had some near-misses. She does have a history of similar symptoms while on vacation last month, but does not recall what type of treatment she had. She was scheduled to have urodynamic testing today and will return tomorrow to discuss the results.
