Couples with fertility problems have a variety of options depending on the type of infertility. Artificial insemination is an option for a man with infertility. Egg freezing allows a woman to freeze her eggs to be used later. This is helpful for women who may need medical procedures that could leave them infertile. Fertility drugs can help stimulate ovulation. Couples unable to become pregnant can use in vitro fertilization. In some cases, the woman cannot carry a pregnancy and a surrogate mother can be used.
