Setting cascading performance objectives
Performance reporting and accountability
The 3P performance report
The performance evaluation
Performance coaching
Personal and professional development
Continuous and never-ending improvement

Answer 2

The multiplier effect depends in large measure on the level of spending but more importantly on the degree of leakage that occurs. Small areas will naturally have a higher leakage than large areas because of the fewer respending opportunities and the likelihood that workers will be living outside of the area.
