Smaller destinations or convention centers might not be able to offer some of the amenities provided by larger venues but they can excel on providing personalized service and attention to detail. The destination will gain a reputation as a place where planners are treated well.

Answer 2

Network airlines must reduce their unit costs so that they are more in line with those of the low-cost carriers.
