The CBT treatment program Coping Cat, developed by Philip Kendall and his colleagues, is one of the most carefully evaluated treatments for youngsters 7 to 13 years old who have GAD, SAD, and SOC (Kendall, Furr, & Podell, 2010). A teen version is available, as is an Australian adaptation (Coping Koala).
