The following information is provided by Wilson Company:

WIP inventory, January 10 units
Units started50,000 units
Units completed and transferred out  37,500 units
WIP inventory, December 31  3,000 units
Direct materials $52,000
Direct labour $35,000
Manufacturing overhead $54,000

The units in ending WIP inventory were 65% complete for materials and 45% complete for conversion costs. All manufacturing costs are added during the process.
