Answer to Question 1

The role of media in the development of eating disorders has been a common topic of research
Media normalize dieting and thinness as well as encourage critical evaluation of one's body
While it is clear that the media can and does have a negative impact on body image and body satisfaction/dissatisfaction, mere exposure does not cause eating disorders: it is the internalization of these images in vulnerable individuals that leads to eating disorders

The dogs detected 54 of the 55 lung cancer patients as having cancer, detected 28 of the 31 breast cancer patients, and gave only three false-positive results (detecting cancer in people who didn't have it).
