The rights that an individual maintains while serving a Community Treatment Order include all of the following except the right to:
 
  a) Review the findings of incapacity.
  b) Appeal to the courts each time a CTO is issued or reviewed.
  c) Request re-examination.
  d) Have family members as character witnesses.

Relative to Ontario's criteria, what is one way that Saskatchewan's criteria for imposing a Community Treatment Order differs?
