Which statement regarding bonds is true?

If a coupon bond is selling at par, its current yieldisgreater thanits yield to maturity.

If rates fall after its issue, a zero coupon bond could trade at a price above its par value.

Unlike the yield to maturity, the current yield does not represent the rate of return that investors should expect on the bond.

If a firm moves from a position of financial distress toward strength, its bonds’ yield to maturity would probably increase.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
