Which of the following statements is correct?

The dividend yield on a constant growth stock must be equal to the stock’s expected total return plus its expected capital gains return.

A stock’s dividend yield can exceed its expected growth rate when the expected rate of return is positive and the dividend growth rate is negative.

A required condition for one to use the constant growth model is that the stock’s expected growth rate should be equal to its required rate of return.

Other things held constant, the lower a company’s beta coefficient, the higher its required rate of return.
