Answer to Question 1

From an organizational perspective, the most effective intervention against harassment and discrimination is a strong and consistently enforced organizational policy.

Answer to Question 2

Gender-based harassment may include one or more of the following: (1) insulting or hostile behaviors targeting gender, (2) unwanted attention or pressure of a sexual nature that is not tied to job outcomes applied by one worker to another worker, or (3) sexual coercion, a form of pressure for sexual involvement tied to job outcomes (e.g., sex for promotion).
