Answer to Question 1

Determination of a misfit is subjective and occurs when a worker perceives that his or her (1) abilities do not match the demands of the organization or (2) needs are not met by the organizationthe greater the misfit, the greater the stress. For example, an elementary school teacher who enjoys working with young children is a better fit than one who feels more comfortable working with adults. All things being equal, the teacher that prefers working with children would experience less person-environment fit stress than the one who prefers working with adults.

The vaccine cannot cause you to get influenza, but in some seasons, may not be completely able to prevent you from acquiring influenza due to changes in causative viruses. The viruses in the flu shot are killed—there is no way they can give you the flu. Minor side effects include soreness, redness, or swelling where the shot was given. It is possible to develop a slight fever, and body aches, but these are simply signs that the body is responding to the vaccine and making itself ready to fight off the influenza virus should you come in contact with it.
