 Reduced elevation of the testicles
 Reduced vasocongestive response to the testicles and scrotum
 Fewer expulsive contractions during orgasm
 Less forceful expulsion of seminal fluid and a reduced volume of ejaculate
 Rapid loss of erection after ejaculation
 Less ejaculatory urgency
