Answer to Question 2

leadership, more traditional, and less likely to be community leaders than middle class
women.

regarded as training ground for wider and more complicated organizations. However, the
very fact of danger and threat into the comfort and safety of the community, which in turn
casts a gray pall over the comfort and safety of the home and family, seemed in this article
to be a catalyst for challenge and change. Lack of education and status was not a deterrent

social organizations.
