Answer: Personal norms are the internalized beliefs and values that combine to form a person's inner standards for behavior. These standards stem from inside the person, as do approval or disapproval for particular behavior. Social norms are based on moral rules for a culture that originate outside the person.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: Helping behavior tends to be more likely as the similarity and familiarity between the helper and person helped increase.
