Answer: Secure base: the comfort provided by attachment figure, often established with a child's mother. A secure base allows the person (whether a child with a mother or an adult with a romantic partner) to venture forth more confidently to explore the environment.

Answer: Individual differences in tendency to prefer either: unrestricted sex (without the necessity of love);restricted sex (only in the context of a long-term, loving relationship).
