Answer to Question 1

Spearman

Answer to Question 2

Answers should include discussion about more females in roles that were once
typically dominated by males (surgeons, pilots, and so on) as well as the change in
views on women's work. As more women are entering the workplace, more men
are now doing jobs once regarded as women's work. It is evident that not all
women are good housewives and that men are just as capable as women of
becoming experts in domestic work.
