Rachel is a young child who has been given a vaccination each time she has been to the doctor's office. She now starts to scream and cry each time she sees the doctor's office building.

According to the principles of classical conditioning, she is screaming and crying
  because she:

is trying to use negative reinforcement to discourage her parents from
  taking her to the doctor.
has learned to associate the car ride with the pain she feels when she gets
  a shot.
is angry at the doctor and her mother for giving her shots.
has learned to associate the building with the pain she feels when she
  gets a shot.

Question 2

In classical conditioning, an organism learns:

  a reflex.
  that reinforcement follows responses.
to associate a neutral stimulus with a meaningful one.
  how to become self-sufficient.
