Answer to Question 1

B

Answer to Question 2

This glass ceiling prevents these groups from being promoted in the organization to higher paying positions. The mommy track indicates positions in an organization that tend to be dead-end. Married women with children are often shunted into these positions. This is based on the myth that women with children are less dedicated to their work and therefore less reliable.
