Alicia and Jordan have an arrangement in their marriage that seems to work for them. Alicia is the breadwinner, working full-time and earning an adequate salary to support the couple and their two children. Jordan is a stay-at-home father who is primarily responsible for taking care of the children and the home during the daytime.
