Answer to Question 1

Answer: The ideal answer should include:
1. Guerrilla refers to their covert actions carried out as an anonymous group but also carries the connotation of revolutionary soldiers acting outside the sanctions of an official army, just as women artists are forced to operate outside official museums.
2. Gorilla is a homonym (sounds like) for Guerrilla, showing up as the head of the nude and the voice asking the question in the poster's imagery.
3. Girl is a near homonym for gorilla and guerrilla and plays with the sexist use of girls for women in common speech but is used ironically by the women artists.
