Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

If in doubt, use good writing principles and no shortcuts. In general, however, you should follow the cultural norms in your organization, with special attention to the ways your manager uses the medium. Avoid using abbreviations unless the recipient has used them first. Your messages should be reasonably error-free. Also, use emoticons sparingly, and avoid elaborate fonts and colors.
