Travis will be returning an employer's call and wants to make sure that the first conversation is impressive. What should he do?
 A) Realize that this is just a telephone call, not an actual job interview, so he can relax.
  B) Before he hangs up, reconfirm the date and time of the interview.
  C) Wait until after the phone conversation is over to take notes so that he's not distracted.
  D) Travis should do all of these.
