Answer to Question 1

C

Answer to Question 2

Occasionally, everyone has to ask someone else for a special favoraction for which there is little reward, time, or inclination. As this message shows, if the preceding paragraphs adequately emphasize a reader's reward for complying, the final paragraph need not shout loudly for action.
