The you-attitude makes a message reader-centered. Courtesy means that the document is
pleasing to the eye, reader-centered, and positive.

Answer to Question 2

TRUE
When you revise the initial draft of your document, you have to stand back from your work and
read it with fresh eyes in order to improve the writing. To do that, you need to allow some time
to put your writing aside for a few hours or even for a day.
