The notice informed the town residents that recyclable bottles and cans would be picked up on Saturdays.

It was announced by the city that tolls on all the bridges would be increased on July 1.

The notice read Recyclable bottles and cans will be picked up on Saturdays.

Answer to Question 2

The city announced, Tolls on all the bridges would be increased on July 1.
