Nobody wants to work with someone who is rude to colleagues or an embarrassment to the company. Moreover, shabby treatment of others in the workplace can be a huge drain on morale and productivity. Poor etiquette can drive away customers, investors, and other critical audiencesand it can limit your career potential. Workplace etiquette includes a variety of behaviors, habits, and aspects of nonverbal communication.
