Answer to Question 1

21.4 + 33.2 + 8.6 + 12.8 + 52.6 = 128.6 pounds

Answer to Question 2

T = I  (PR); I = 2,680.87 - 2,645 = 35.87
T = 35.87  (2,645  0.0825) = 0.1644 year; 0.1644  365 = 60.006, or 60 days

There can actually be a 25-hour time difference between certain locations in the world. The International Date Line passes between the islands of Samoa and American Samoa.
