Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

Yes. According to the jury, Nettie's set standards for Ferry's dress and conduct while on the job and monitored these standards. It also determined his territory. Moreover, it required that his van have heating and air conditioning for the protection of the flowers. It required Ferry to make a midday stop at the downtown store and paid him for this stop whether or not items actually needed to be transported. He was on his way to Nettie's Grand Avenue store when the accident occurred.
