Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

Yes. Where unique circumstances of employment in a brewery shaped the course of the claimant's disease, aggravating and accelerating underlying predisposition to alcoholism to the point of uncontrolled addiction, it constituted a personal injury under the Act. Also, this ordinary disease of life can be a compensable occupational disease where exposure to the disease is increased by the inherent characteristics of the employment.
