Question 2

A tech company has developed a case for the iPhone that includes a keyboard that is the same design and lay-out as the Blackberry phone. The product was developed as a result of users missing their Blackberry keyboard when they switched to the iPhone technology. Blackberry has brought suit against the tech company. What kind of damages would Blackberry be able to obtain if it could establish some type of infringement?
