If an individual has suspected HIV/AIDS and she is infecting unsuspecting individuals, what should the physician do?
 a. Physician can notify the person at risk.
  b. Physician can encourage the infected person to stop endangering others.
  c. If the patient refuses to tell the person at risk, the physician can contact the authorities.
