Answer to Question 1

3
With proper renal function, the kidneys will produce a minimum of 30 mL of urine per hour. A urine output of 10 or 20 mL/hr should be reported to the physician. A urine output of 50 mL/hr does not need to be reported.

Answer to Question 2

1, 3, 4
Nonmodifiable risk factors are those thing we cannot change or control, such as age, gender, and ethnicity. Stress, exercise, and diet are considered modifiable risk factors or those the client can control.
