The nurse cautions a client who just had a stapedectomy with prosthesis not to blow the nose hard because:
 
  1. It could cause bleeding in the middle ear.
  2. It could rupture the tympanic membrane.
  3. It could cause vertigo.
  4. It could dislodge the prosthesis.
