Answer to Question 1

Answer: 102 beats per minute (BPM); 145 beats per minute (BPM)

Target heart rate can be obtained by an equation: (220 - client's age)  60 and 85.
So 220 - 50 = 170. 170  .60 = 102 BPM. 170  .85 = 145 BPM.

Answer to Question 2

Please could you help me with another one. Thank you
