Answer to Question 1

Answer: C

Use of cold medications can increase symptoms because of their anticholinergic properties. Use of saw palmetto and decreased oral intake at night may resolve symptoms. A vasectomy does not affect the symptoms of BPH.

Answer to Question 2

Answer: D

The student who believes the bite of a mosquito or tick will transmit hepatitis is incorrect and needs further education. The students who said that infected needles, contaminated food or fluids, alcoholism or drug overdose can cause different types of hepatitis were correct and do not require further education.
