Answer to Question 1

This is great. Thanks

Answer to Question 2

Correct Answer: 4

When blood is aspirated into the syringe, the needle should be withdrawn and discarded, and a new injection prepared. Angling the needle could cause undue tissue trauma, and would not be proper technique. Pulling back slightly on the needle and injecting the medication would not reduce the risk of injecting into the capillary system, and is improper technique. Once the needle is withdrawn from the skin, it should not be reinserted, because of the risk of infection.
