Answer to Question 2

Correct Answer: 4
A cystocele is a hernia that is formed when the urinary bladder is pushed into the anterior vaginal wall. The Skene glands are examined by palpation on both sides of the urethra. A prolapsed uterus may protrude from the vaginal wall, and may occur with or without straining. A rectocele is a hernia that is formed when the rectum pushes into the posterior vaginal wall.
