Sec of State Katherine Harris paid a database company to compile a list of felons to keep from voting, in the memo she asked the database corp to include any names that were similar so they can accrue a greater number than is actual for their list. because felons are 82% minority they were able to deny thousands of innocent people from voting, an estimated 18,000 people statewide were not allowed to vote in 2000. Bush won by 400 votes. Do the math, states are still denying african americans rights.
