Any criminal offense involving "moral turpitude" can be used to disqualify a person from being admitted to practice law.  "Moral turpitude" means just about any offense, and certainly DOES include theft in any amount.  The decision on whether a criminal offense is going to be a permanent bar to admission to practice law is made by the state and not by the law school.  Many law schools do offer to do a quick review for their applicants to the law school, because if it is clear that a state will not admit the applicant to practice law, it makes no sense for the student to spend 3 full academic years and a boatload of tuition and effort and then go through a bar exam just to be denied admission to practice law by the state.  It is also a waste of the law school's resources, which can be used for students without the issue.

How's about you do the ethical thing by completing your own homework, rather than asking others to do it for you? Ironic that you're trying to cheat on your ethics assignment, isn't it?
